Normally, butter has a limited use in rolled dough due to the high plastification of the butter, but Dragsbæk’s experienced development department has succeeded in creating a butter with sufficient elasticity that allows it to easily be rolled into the dough.
With Dragsbæk Puff Pastry Butter, you get the wonderful butter flavour, which is absolutely essential for the taste experience of a freshly baked croissant, a piece of delicious Danish pastry or a good puff pastry – but without your having to compromise on functionality. With a uniform firmness all year round, Dragsbæk Puff Pastry Butter is the ideal solution for our bakery customers as well as industrial customers.
Dragsbæk Puff Pastry Butter comes in standard 5 x 2 sheet packaging but can also be delivered in blocks of 10 kg, which are much easier to handle for our industrial customers than the standard 25 kg bulk carton.
