Mélange, a mixture of butter and vegetable oils, is an economical alternative to traditional butter. Dragsbæk Mélange preserves both the delicious taste and aroma of butter in the baked goods as well as the same great qualities offered by Dragsbæk’s other rolling and mixing products.
Dragsbæk Mélange is available for laminated doughs and for cakes, creams and fillings. Our premium product in this category contains 50% butter and can thus be listed first in the food labelling. In addition to the premium edition, we formulate multiple tailor-made mélange products with varying percentages of butter – in accordance with the customer’s wishes and requirements.
