About Dragsbæk Ice Cream & Desserts
After scooping up 70% of the plant-based ice cream and desserts market in Denmark, we brought the cows back on ice. Today, we make everything from crispy cones to indulgent tubs with funky jams and cookie dough for foodservice, retail, and private label. Trusted by brands like NATURLI’, Spangsberg and Panda, we keep expanding by the year, and we’re not about to slow down.
Gelato with passion for craftmanship
It all started in a small warehouse with big dreams. Our gelato chefs made everything from scratch. Ice cream, cones, cookie dough, chocolate chips and chopped up nuts. Today, our production setup is one of the most efficient and modern in the Nordics, which is why customers choose us. We deliver quality gelato indulgence fast, whether its branded or private label.

Our Ice Bakers started the ice cream and desserts adventure. And they’re still going strong. They continue to develop flavor variants you didn’t know you needed, serving both foodservice, retail and private lable. Our own little R&D, one might say. Making the world a happier place, one scoop at a time. And with the same original gelato-passion. Just bigger and quicker.
